The leafy and well cared garden of this property invites to get lost while having a walk along all its corners. It leads, after 28 metres, to the incomparable chlorine pool, which is shared. The pool sizes 12 x 4 metres and its depth goes from 1.30 to 1.60 metres. There are several sun loungers and straw sun shades around the pool which will lead you to a dreamy place. A beautiful path created on the lawn heads to the house where you will find a private terrace. It is perfect to have breakfast or dinners outdoors, or any meal you cook at the barbecue.

The house is in fact a beautiful 50 m2 apartment in two floors. Downstairs we have the living room, the dining room and the kitchen all together in the same room. You can watch satellite TV on the sofa or listen to music on the CD player, or even enjoy the warmth of the wood stove if it gets colder some day. The kitchen is little but functional and it has a gas hob. The bedroom is upstairs and it comes with a double room, a wardrobe and an an-suite shower bathroom. The shared laundry is located in a different building, only 20 metres away from the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and highchair.

This is a fully ecological property which works with solar panels, and with several houses separated between them. That is, you will stay at the wonderful Agroturismo Finca Can Pina! This is a perfect starting point for sport lovers thanks to the nearby paved paths. The central location makes possible to reach any point of the island in a little period of time. You will be able to taste the local gastronomy in many bars and restaurants of the surrounding interior villages, as well as know the little and traditional wine cellars. We also recommend you visit the weekly street markets of de Costitx, Sineu, Sencelles, Inca, Petra, Consell and Santa María, among others. The nearest beaches are in the north like Puerto de Alcúdia, Son Serra de Marina or Can Picafort, and you will reach them in about 20 minutes drive. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice.
