'Room not very clean; conditioner bottle was empty; second day: tea, coffee not replenished, some towels missing; took two (!) hours to get the tea bags and coffee. No water cooker in the room (why giving tea bags without the option of boiling water?). Maintenance so-so.
Great breakfast with friendly staff.
Convenient location. However: Uber drivers could not find the hotel easily.

'Quarto excelente com layout dinâmico e funcional, muito limpo com tudo funcionando perfeitamente (ar condicionado, frigobar, chuveiro, etc), equipe atenciosa e prestativa, café da manhã muito bom.
Ponto negativo somente a acústica, pois dependendo de quem está no quarto do lado o barulho pode atrapalhar, a escada de acesso aos aptos superiores é caracol, dificulta um pouco o acesso.
No geral recomendo e voltarei!'

'O quarto estava ótimo, porém a recepção não foi gentil e em três diárias não houve uma limpeza sequer, a troca de toalhas e sabonetes tivemos que implorar. Só as toalhas foram trocadas.'

'Absolutely amazing hotel in Mogi Das Cruzes. I have stayed here three times and always excellent and very friendly staff and very good location. Very good breakfast too. Highly recommend.'
