'Woning kon niet afgesloten worden. Kussens met kringen. Bed was kapot. Ondergoed van bewoner lag in douche ruimte. Geen ontvangst. Geen ventilatie , raam mocht niet open. Totaal een verschikking. Het geld absoluut niet waard.'
