The ground floor welcomes you with a warm and tastefully furnished living room complete with a dining table, a CD player, and a hi-fi system. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and opens directly onto the garden. On the upper floor, you will find 3 bedrooms, each fitted with air conditioning. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 170 cm and a shower with WC. The second bedroom offers 1 single bed and 1 French bed measuring 160 cm, along with a bath and WC. The third bedroom on this floor includes 1 single bed and a shower with WC. The top floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, comprises a large walk-through room with 1 double bed and a shower with WC, as well as a separate room with 3 beds.
