Spacious 3 BR Condo - Family and Pet Friendly

A clean, comfy and cozy 3 bedroom condo located at 15F in Greek Peak's Arcadia Village. Spring, Summer and Fall offer many activities and opportunities for adventures and relaxation. This family-friendly condo makes a great home base. Ground floor master bedroom, small 3/4 bathroom and open floor plan living and dining spaces as well as a renovated kitchen are convenient for all ages. The walk-out back deck is the best place to catch sunrise and sunset as a well as a view of Greek Peak Mountain! The second floor includes two additional bedrooms with new furniture and mattresses, a recently renovated bathroom, and ladder access to additional play space in the loft (no beds). Bedrooms include the following sleeping arrangements: Main floor Master - King bed, Upstairs #1 - Queen bed, Upstairs #2 - Bunk beds with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. We happily allow dogs but unfortunately have an allergy to cats so only dogs are allowed in the unit as pets.

The mountain-side resort condo was very much as we had hoped for. However, the preparation of the condo was a huge disappointment. None of the beds were made and we had to make them ourselves after arriving from a long day on the road. Even youth hostels provide made beds and this was considerably more expensive than a hostel. The owners claimed that this was to avoid confusion about which beds were freshly made or used. That should never be a concern for a renter. We have stayed at many VRBOs and Air BB in the US, Europe, Asia and Central America. Every single place we have stayed provided made beds.We tried to get a respond from the host but we didnโ€™t get any resolution for our matter. We will not stay there again.

Very nice condo in a great spot, Greek Peak resort. We had all we needed and more. Very neat and clean upon arrival. It was very warm but the air conditioning setup worked great. We appreciated the kitchen amenities (coffee, dog treats, etc.) great views of the ski mt and you can walk to two restaurants, beach, pond.
