My family stayed at this property for three nights during Cornell University’s graduation. It was a lovely place for a family trip, with a beautiful view overlooking the ski court. The owner was very hospitable and responded promptly to all our inquiries.

Ski weekend

Extremely convenient location for Greek Peak. The shuttle was great to get back-and-forth. Fireplace was great. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. I would stay here again.

A special place for our crew

This is our second trip up to Sean’s ski bungalow (as we call it). Our annual ski trip is going strong and this is the best place to stay. All the comforts of home with a great fireplace, but for skiers perks are great! Shuttle from the condo right to the mountain in 5 minutes. No getting dressed in the cold parking lot. Loved our stay and look forward to coming back next year. Thanks Sean!

Fantastic Visit

The property was perfect for our trip. My teenage son and his friends quickly took over the loft and enjoyed the space. We all loved the condo and the property manager was responsive to our few questions. We would highly recommend renting this property.

Graduation Weekend

We were happy to find this amazing condo, so close to SUNY Cortland, our host was more than kind, great dinner recommendation, and we were able to spend quality family time that the overpriced hotels wouldn’t allow.

Lovely Condo!

If you’re looking for a place right in front of Greek Peak, then this is the perfect condo. It has everything a family with teens will need. It’s also one of the cleanest homes we’ve ever rented and it’s tastefully decorated. The kitchen has a well-stocked hot drinks bar, overflowing with coffee k-cups, creamer, sugar and sugar substitutes, and hot chocolate. Our teens were also pleasantly surprised to see some ramen and popcorn for their midnight snacking while binge watching Netflix and/or gaming :) There is a shuttle that comes every 15mins to pick up and drop off skiers to and from the condo. The bathrooms at the condo had toiletries but we brought our own so we didn’t use much of what was there but the owner was thoughtful enough to have those available. We also had the most magnificent view of the slopes from the condo and we thoroughly enjoyed it during the early morning coffee and breakfast to late night dinners and nightcap when the trails were all gorgeously lit up. A big plus for this property is the communication with the owner. Sean is pleasant to deal with. He is a gracious host who is very helpful and patient with all of our questions, and responds in a matter of minutes. I hope we showed respect to the home and gratitude for the comfort it gave us during our stay. Greek Peak is one of our family’s favorite ski resorts because of its night skiing, and this condo is definitely on top of our list for the next seasons ahead.

Great Skiing Getaway

What an awesome townhouse!! Great location with wonderful views of the slopes. Fireplace was great for after skiing and shuttle service to mountain and lodge was a game changer. Thanks for everything Sean! We look forward to coming back next year!

We enjoyed a wonderful ski weekend in this condo right across the street from the resort. Free shuttle was a great perk and wow the view of the slopes is unbeatable! Kitchen is very well stocked for cooking, which we appreciated. Will be back!

Summer at the Peak

Enjoyed our two night stay and had all we needed. The place is very well stocked for a ski or winter getaway. Our issue was the lack of fans or AC for the bedrooms. It was very warm when we arrived and it stayed 79 degrees which was too warm for sleeping.

Spent a few nights with family to attend our son's college graduation at Cornell in Ithaca. The home was spacious, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well appointed...the perfect spot for a family with teenage/young kids.

Great location across the street from Greek Peak

We, family of 6, two parents and 4 adult kids stayed here in mid January to ski at Greek Peak. Plusses- the location is just across the street from Greek Peak ski resort, either a short walk or take the constantly running shuttles. - the unit had everything that you needed from the kitchen to the toiletries to the linens, even the smore's were a nice touch. - tvs were smart tv's, the beds were comfortable. Downside- - the third bedroom is a loft only access able via a tight spiral staircase. Once up there the ceiling is just over 5 ft tall in the center. My two adult children had difficulty sleeping in the beds because of the ceiling slope. Its a great room if you have kids though

Well appointed cozy condo.

We found the home was well appointed and quite comfortable. We were in town for our daughter’s HS soccer NYS championship. The supplies in the bathrooms and the kitchen were a big help. Had great utensils, foil, ziplocks, etc. Place was cozy and clean. It worked out great for us.
