'The staff was excellent. They were informatice & looking to be helpful. The hotel was emaculately cleaned. Breakfast was outstanding. I had written a request for reserved parking vía Expedia as Cortina is know to have limited parking in town center. That request got lost in communication btwn Expedia & the hotel. The staff provided me the info from Expedia. Recommend you send a message directly to the hotel to reserve a spot. The hotel staff help es me find a spot in the street.'

'Villa blu is old Italian grandeur. Restaurant and breakfast were good. Bar/restaurant staf spoke hardly any English. Reception oké. Bathroom was outdated. Fungus on the ceiling. A shower in the bath made sure the whole Floor would get wet. The hotel has 4star potential, but needs some upgrading. Reception staf was very friendly and coöperatie'

'It is unfortunate that people do not give honest reviews. We are. We had three (3) nights booked but left after the first night. This hotel is more like a hostel. The carpet in the room was extremely worn and dirty. The walls were not clean and had not been painted in years. The linen sheet masquerading as a window shade covered less than half of the window. The door shade to the balcony was missing multiple slats and did not close. If we could rate this place lower, we would. Save your money...
