Great Host and great location
The apartment was just as described. It was well equipped, and extremely convenient. Fabrizio is a great host and met us at our arranged time. The apartment is a bit dated, but that is the case with most apartments in Cortina. Would definitely stay there again

Appartamento fantastico giusto al inizio di corso Italia con affaccio sul torrente, proprietario gentilissimo e ultra disponibile. L’appartamento ha tutti i comfort che servono per un soggiorno anche di lunga durata. Molto consigliato !

Logement avec garage bien situé, proche du centre de Cortina avec commerces et restaurants à pieds.
Nombreux circuits de randonnées parmi les plus connus à moins d'une heure de route et d'autres aussi belles plus proches.

Just returned from a great week cycling in the Dolomites - the appartment is situated perfectly for the best rides and for the town facilities - Fabrizio was the perfect host showing us where everything was and sorting out any requests without hesitation - if we were to revisit I would certainly give Febrizio a call

Very close to the Centre of Cortina
PRO: This is very well located apartment, clean and well furbished. It has a very spacious box where it is easy to park.
CONS: no WIFI.
All in all, we had a lovely week end and Fabrizio was always available.

Great place to stay in Cortina.
My adult daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Its location was great, right next to the pedestrian zone, with secure car parking. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Fabrizio was really helpful - he ensured we really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and comfortable apartment!
We enjoyed our stay in Fabrizio's holiday apartment. It is well located, right by the pedestrian area and supermarket, and it has everything you need for a nice vacation. The kitchen is well equipped. Having a private underground garage is very convenient. Fabrizio is nice and friendly and we appreciated his suggestions for hikes in the spectacular Dolomites. Very comfortable apartment. The kitchen was supplied with anything you might need to cook a meal.
The stream flowing outside was a nice soothing sound effect, if you like that sort of thing. Room enough to move with a few others sharing. The masterbedroom mattresses could stand updating. The owner was very responsive and accessible while we were there. Wi-fi service was limited, but the owner did what he could for a quick fix. I recommend this unit for a visit.

Great Apartment
My friend and I stayed in this apartment for the Lavaredo Ultra Race in June. The location was perfect. It is very close to the town centre but also in a very quiet spot, away from any main roads.
The facilities in the apartment were great and having two bathrooms is a definite bonus. Everything was very clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. Fabrizio was the perfect host and even picked us up from the bus station on arrival. I could not fault anything and I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt direkt in der City
Ein gemütliches kleines Apartment mit zwei Bädern, zwei Schlafzimmern, einer Küche und einem schönen Wohnzimmer. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und der Vermieter Fabrizio war immer zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Die Skibushaltestell war auch nur 50m entfernt. Also insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.
