We are walking distance to a grocery stocked Family Dollar as well so you never need to leave our small neighborhood and it makes it very easy for those traveling without a car. You will love it here!

PEST CONTROL

While we strive to provide a pest-free environment, occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitos, flies, cockroaches, June bugs, ants, and other pests can occur. If you notice any pests, please inform us immediately so we can arrange a visit from our dedicated pest control team. We love hosting longer stays! Just a quick heads-up to keep everything transparent and comfy for everyone:

🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning:
For stays over 7 nights, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh. This is the same as the regular cleaning fee and will be collected after booking via the Airbnb Resolution Center.

Since Airbnb doesn’t allow these to be included in the nightly rate or built-in fees, we’ll send any necessary requests through the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.

Recommended to have a car for the area as Corpus Christi does not have an extensive bussing system, however, our property is located steps away from a local bus stop and just 1 mile away from the primary Corpus Christi bus station

****DRIVEWAY PARKING*** is first come first served and all other vehicles will need to be parked on the street in front of the home

Bungalow is two separate living units. Both units can be booked at a discount. Please send a message if interested. You are only booking 1 unit, which is a complete separate living unit from the other unit.

*Streaming TV : All homes are equipped with Smart TVs and all streaming services are bring your own login (BYOL). Some TVs may have the streaming service already logged in but we do not provide login credentials for any streaming services*

Starter Supplies Provided
To help you settle in, we provide a starter pack of essentials including trash bags, dishwashing pods, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, creamer, and sugar. Please note that these items are intended to get you started — any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case we may offer a mid-stay replenishment.
