The Rock n Roll is one of 5 unique cabins that is sure to guarantee a fun trip!

The Rock-n-Roll is a fun, whimsical 3 bedroom 1 & 1/2 bath cabin. We have recently updated the entire property adding lots of special touches to our property that we hope you enjoy.
All of our cabins now feature central air/heat as well as washers and dryers in each.
The cabins are fully furnished with full size oven, refrigerator, cooking utensils, pot/pans, dishes, coffee pot, toaster, microwave and dish washer. If we don't have something in the cabin you need just ask, its likely we have it in storage.
All linens are provided except for beach towels. We ask that you bring your own beach towels and not take ours to the beach.
There is a large walk in shower in the bath and a half bath in the master bedroom.

The cabins are all connected by a large porch which faces the back of the property towards the beach. This porch and the outdoor space is shared by all property guests. Almost always you can sit out and enjoy the ocean breeze. There is lots of room for kids and adults to run and play out back away from the road. We also have a few games outside that you are welcome to use. We have an outdoor cooking area with gas or charcoal grills. This is a really great place to cook out and have your friends or family enjoy with you as there is lots of seating.
If you are coming with a large group or a family reunion you may consider renting all 5 cabins which could sleep up to 30 people.

When you arrive at the property our manager, Becky, will be there to check you in. You should have her phone number once you have reserved a cabin so just give her a call. Her house is the first house on the left side of the driveway. Just pull in off the street and park to the right. She will direct you to the parking area most convenient for your cabin. We are approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. A large sidewalk in front of our property goes all the way to the beach, its about a 5 minute walk.

The wireless internet code should be on the refrigerator in the cabin. We have a dumpster on the far right side of the property for trash. We do try to be green so please use your towels more than once. Please do not take our towels to the beach.

If you are bringing a dog please make sure to pick up after them in the yard. We will also ask you to sign a pet release stating that you will take full responsibility for your pet during your stay. There is a small one time pet fee of $35 per pet that is paid to our manager once you arrive.
Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m.. If you would like to check in early or check out late please give Becky a call. She will do everything possible to make it happen, but sometimes because of tight schedules it will not be an option.

We do have a minimum age requirement of 25. If you are not 25 please let us know and we may be able to work something out depending on the situation.
