The outside is designed for your peace of mind if you have small children. The upper deck has a gate that latches and comfortable Polywood deck chairs. The lower level offers 320 square feet of shaded fenced-in patio that opens into a large backyard with a fire pit and six-foot privacy fence. A grill, festive lighting, porch swing, picnic tables, yard games, and a built-in outdoor shower round out the downstairs.

The inside is tastefully decorated with cool relaxing colors and a tile floor throughout. The open floor plan includes the kitchen, dining with seating for 6 and 3 stools at the bar, and a sitting room. Enjoy the Chef's kitchen including a Keurig, Ice Tea Maker, Ninja Blender, Margarita Machine, crockpot, instant pot, and Cuisinart Mini Prep-Plus Chopper. The sitting room is extremely spacious with a pull-out sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. Enjoy some downtime after hours on the beach with the 65" 4K Roku TV.

Luxuriously appointed beach house with three bedrooms graciously spread out with plenty of extra room. Orange Flamingo's master bedroom (BR1) is located down the hallway with a king-size bed, 50” 4K Roku TV, and private bath with double vanities and tub/shower unit. Down the hall is the guest bedroom (BR2) with a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV. The bunk room (BR3) has two sets of twin over full bunk beds and a flat-screen TV. All of the bedrooms are spacious and private allowing for a good night's rest. The second full-size bath is located across the hallway from the two guest bedrooms which have a tub/shower unit. A utility room gives you on-site access to the washing machine and dryer.
