Evenings are the reason for the name. Spend the day at the beach, about 1,000 steps away, rinse off at the outdoor shower, then settle in on the 450 square foot deck as the light goes gold. Fire up the grill, let the kids take the pool, claim the hammock, and stretch dinner out under the sky until the stars come up over the island.

THE LIVING SPACE
The open floor plan joins the living room, dining area and kitchen into one bright, social space, with windows throughout pulling in natural light. There is room for ten to spread out without anyone feeling crowded, and plenty of seating for movie night or board games. Central air and heat, ceiling fans and a whole-house humidity system keep things comfortable in every season, and the insulated container walls keep coastal wind and street noise outside.

THE KITCHEN
New, upscale appliances and a large island with extra seating make this a kitchen people actually want to cook in. You will find a refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with coffee to start, toaster and blender. Pots and pans, baking sheets, dishes and silverware, wine glasses and cooking basics (oil, salt and pepper) are all stocked. The dining table seats the whole group, and the island handles breakfast for the early risers.

The private plunge pool is heated and available 24 hours a day, so a midnight swim in February is on the table.
