The location of this property was good, in the middle of all things which is why we originally chose it. The property managers were kind. The house was big enough for the 10 of us (and our 2 dogs). We were on our annual family coast vacation. My dad has IPF, his health is fragile, we can't afford for him to get sick. There were a few issues that I read on a review of this property from July 2024 that I was worried about. I hoped that since the review was a year old, things had to have changed but unfortunately, I was wrong. The downstairs bedroom was right across from laundry room, (which was the only room my dad could use). The laundry room stunk of dog pee which could be smelled from the room my parents used. We of course had to wash some clothes, but the smell would go through the house every time we would open the door. The kitchen was a good size, and I loved the bar high table and stools. The issues we had there, were that the appliances were covered in what felt like grease; my mom had to do a deep clean before we used any of them. We did come across a few roaches in the downstairs bedroom and the kitchen. We wanted to use two of the sofa beds, but one of them we couldn't open so we ended up just putting a sheet on top of the couch to let my teen sleep on it.As I mentioned before the location of this place was good and the size of the house was great, the back yard was big, my pets loved it. Glad we had a place to stay.
