Imagine sipping your morning coffee on the large private patio overlooking the beautifully courtyard and pools! Relax, and listen to the waves, soak up the morning sun or cool off with the afternoon shade. After a long Day at the beach, sit and enjoy some of the most spectacular sunsets from this top floor unit of Corpus Christi Bay from the front deck. Unit is located a few doors down from elevator for easy access.

Newly updated Unit 316 features:

Master has king bed, flat screen TV, built in work station for those who may need to work remotely, walk in closet and on-suite bathroom with granite vanity and full tub/shower. Room is decorated with a coastal vibe with patio doors that open to the large private deck.

2nd bedroom has a nautical theme, features a queen bed, flat screen TV, on-suite bathroom with granite vanity and shower.

Living/dining area open concept, large flat screen TV, queen sofa sleeper and two comfy swivel rocker/recliners. Large dining table seats 6 w/ 2 extra stools at counter for guests. Large patio doors open to your own private deck, adding plenty of natural light. Enjoy breakfast or dinner on the large private deck.

For the avid cook, the kitchen is opened to dining area for entertaining. It's equipped with plenty of supplies and cookware. Which includes microwave-air fryer combo, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, electric fry pan, utensils, dishes, glassware, and new stainless-steel appliances.

Enjoy a separate laundry/mudroom to store your beach towels and toys, room is equipped with full size washer and dryer.

Perfect for all our needs. The oitchen was fully stocked with any appliance we may have needed. Even had extras like games and toys. Perfect lovation for the beach and the heated pool was great for the somewhat chilly weekend.

Quick beach stay
Over all the room was nicely renovated well furnished and nice. The rooms were very clean and nice sizes. there was a large shaded balcony over looking sports courts and pools. The pools were in great shape while we stayed. We always try to stay where there is a boardwalk to the beach and this one is in grat shape. The staff was very fiendly and happy to help.The provided beach accesories in the room were a plus. The few nit picks I have really did not impact our stay but I feel I should mention. It was not disclosed to me before I paid the deposit that there was on going construction on the property. There we some crews on the property but not near our room. We had planned to be a the beach most of the time and were so we did not notice any construction noise. Parking is very tight for larger vehicles we ended up just parking in the overflow and it was no big deal. The last thing was the bedroom door on the master bedroom would not latch close and needs adjustment. These were not really impactful for us but may be for others. Overall a great stay for the price. Very clean and comfy. We would stay here again.

The place was damaged by a hurricane and is only partially rented. Evidence of rebuilding was everywhere. Since it was so unfinihed, the property was far too overpriced.
