Ce condo peut accueillir 2 à 3 personnes dans l'un des environnements côtiers les plus recherchés et les plus tranquilles imaginables. Détendez-vous en surplombant la baie d'Aransas ou profitez de la piscine et du bain à remous donnant également sur le front de mer. Privé 1000 Ft. jetée pour nos clients pour pêcher ou profiter d'une belle promenade. Sortez pour marcher ou faire du vélo le long de la célèbre "Water St", une rue à sens unique pittoresque qui serpente devant la baie et les charmants cottages côtiers locaux.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this cozy and beautiful condo. It was conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Market Square, making it easy to explore the shops and restaurants. I especially loved the easy access to the fishing pier directly across from the condo, and the pristine Rockport Beach was just a short drive down the road.Victoria was very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured.A helpful tip for future guests: bring plenty of quarters for the coin-operated laundry machines on the property, as the quarter supply can run out quickly. There is also a nice, clean laundromat just a few minutes away if needed.We will definitely visit again. Thank you, Victoria, for being such a wonderful host and for making our stay so enjoyable!

We had a great time here and the property was nice. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the supplies that were provided such as trash bags, starter paper towels and toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and other things like a toaster and scissors! We brought our dog and felt like the property was perfect for her. There are lots of areas you can walk your dog. We did have to travel to Port Aransas each day because there is only a very small section at Rockport Beach where you can have dogs, and it fills up quick, especially on weekends. So, that was the only drawback. There were plenty of towels and washcloths too! We also appreciated the large shower and stunning views off the back patio. It was so nice to open up the curtains and have a water view! Our second day, there was a problem with the toilet but the owners got a plumber out that day and it was fixed by the time we got back that evening! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The place is beautifully renovated and the location is amazing. Very quiet property and we really enjoyed the pier and pool. Will be staying here again the next time we are in Rockport!

Rockport visit

The property we rented through VRBO was facing the bay which was lovely. The condo was very comfortable and in a great location for just chilling out. Amenities were great, decorating was wonderful—we will definitely go back!

All the comforts of home

Beautiful water view condo that is updated, well maintained and very clean. Bed and living room furniture were comfortable and kitchen was nicely stocked with essentials.Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Everything was great!! Sunset was beautiful!! The bed was VERY VERY comfortable. The pull out couch was typical. An adult probably wouldn’t be very comfortable.

The pool was really nice, the room was also nice and cozy, the view was amazing, and it was minutes from the Rockport Beach and shops. I would not change a thing and we had an awesome time!
