Overall, it was a nice townhome and for the areas that mattered, it was clean. I really appreciated the all white bedding that seemed fresh and relatively new. I hate when places don’t update the bedding and they have the old floral bedding that looks like it’s been there for 20+ years. So, great move on the all white bedding.
The house had everything we needed and plenty of room for our family- which included two married kids, one with a baby and a teenager with a friend- though stairs are really steep so that was a bit of a challenge with an 19th month old who constantly wanted to climb them. But that was our issue, not the home owners. Just something to note for those bringing little ones.
There are lots of bathrooms and that was nice! Almost all of us had our own bathroom.
Overall the house was clean in all the places that mattered. I’d suggest some clean up and organization of some areas- garage, cabinets and pantry. Those things can make a place feel less clean but I’d assume that’s mostly due to an influx of renters.
I’d also talk to whoever manages the complex. There was trash everywhere, lots of which was blown up on the property and was the first thing we saw as we entered. It’s too nice of a townhome to have your first impression be the trash outside.
Pool area was clean but lacked lounge chairs so there was no place to sit.
While we were close to the beach, there wasn’t easy access. There was one path that was marked no trespassing. There was another pass but it was overgrown with grass burrs so not easy to walk. Again, just logistics but something that other renters may want to know beforehand.
Thanks for hosting us and we hope we left the place in as good a condition as we found it.
