Say hello to the beach with your stay at Sea Isle Village where island time is happening. Your condo is a great place for relaxation and that quietness you've always dreamed of.
We love that the condo is a short walk to the beach, it makes bathroom and lunch breaks easy for a day on the beach. Worn out after spending the day at the beach or need some quietness. The condo is on the side of the property giving you your own space to kick back, yet only a short walk away from the pool.
Your kitchen is stocked with the essentials that you'll need for everyday cooking. Your morning coffee is covered - whether you are a drip coffee or Keurig user, just pack your favorite flavor of coffee. More of a smoothie or margarita type? We've got that covered too with the blender. Perfect for those cold drinks on hot summer days.
The living room is a cozy place to sit back and relax after a day spent at the beach, kick back on the couch or curl up with a blanket and watch your favorite shows. With your large smart tv any of your favorite subscription services are just a click away. Board games, cards, and puzzles are provided on the TV stand, for your family's enjoyment. Enjoying your meals at the dining table or out at your picnic table, is a fabulous place to spend time with family over a bite to eat.
Your sleeping quarters are off the right, with two queen-size beds and a large smart tv. The bathroom has a step-in shower and tub. It’s stocked with the essentials, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a black microfiber cloth for makeup removal. There is only one hairdryer in the unit.
Whether at home or at your beach condo, laundry never goes away. We have an onsite laundry room located at the end of building A. Only $3.00 a load, and we do have quarters in the office. Day or night the laundry room is always open. Please shake out the sand or the loose change stuck in those pockets!
The beach towels provided are also great to use at the large pool down the stairs and to the right of the building. Rinse off at the surfboard shower and relax by the pool in loungers or seating areas. Feel free to use the free Wi-Fi at the pool. You can bring music, just keep it family friendly. We love that the pool is large and has a true deep end. Don't forget to do a cannonball!
There is a lot to do on the property, including volleyball, basketball, pickleball, large playground, and corn hole. The storage space to the right of the office has all the sports equipment needed to be borrowed and returned. Not enough beach toys and boogie boards in your condo? If you need more you can borrow some from the office; just don't forget to return them. We also have several park style BBQ grills and picnic tables across the property, so don't forget your charcoal!
Our beach walk is between buildings D & E. It has an outdoor shower and a water hose to rinse off those beach toys and sandy shoes. The beach walk is about a football field length to the beach at marker #3. It’s sidewalk most of the way and turns into a blue mat over the dunes making it easy to pull a wagon or cooler. The walk is pedestrian traffic only, no golf carts. It's even lighted at night.
There is plenty of parking on the property. You have 1 assigned space and there is overflow parking for additional vehicles. Yes, we are in the golf cart district, and you can park the carts in the golf cart spots or in your assigned space. We even have parking for your trailer or boat in the overflow parking. The boat parking section has electricity for charging batteries and water to rinse off your boat.
We take care of our fishermen and women with our fish cleaning station by the overflow parking. The fish station has water, lights, and electricity so late-night cleaning, and electric knives are perfect.
Often on our Texas beaches tar comes ashore. This can be very messy and hard to clean. Please feel free to use the rags under the sink and rubbing alcohol to make cleaning up easier.
When you are ready to venture off the property anywhere in Port A is a easy walk, golf cart ride or drive from your condo.
1/2 mile from the condo is the fishing pier, golf cart beach access, restaurants, gas stations, coffee shop, boutiques, souvenir shops, surf shops, and several bars. Need more ideas for family friendly places? In your condo you will find a folder full of brochures and menus for all around the island.
