Great clean condo on the beach!

We booked this condo on a whim. Increase the property was clean and well-maintained throughout all areas. The condo was cute, comfy clean and had everything that we needed. We will return!

Coming to El Constante for 30 years

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always our stay at El Constante was enjoyable. The staff is the best. The condos are always immaculate and stocked with the basic necessities. It is a wonderful place to stay for families. This is why we keep coming back. First with our children and now with our grandchildren. The only negative comment I have is while it is wonderful that it is receiving a complete makeover be prepared for the noise and obstruction of views that comes witb renovation.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with every intention of going to the beach right outside the property but with the constant craziness of the public drive to the beach adjacent to the property it was just too much. The room was dirty with mold in the window sill, the ceiling was paper thin (you'd think giants were upstairs, but they were just children), and the whole place under construction (I wish I had known beforehand). The pool was always full of people not even staying at the hotel; one lady who was staying there literally passed out in the pool while we were there.... not fun. We were happy to check out at the unreasonably early 11am.
