'Great property on the ocean with lovely views, nice outdoors bar/restaurant food court kind of set up with outdoor fireplace to sit by, and very convenient to the main events - Hot Water beach where you can literally dig a hole in the sand (all the hotels provide shovels), that fills with hot geothermal water and creates your own shallow hot tub (or just use one someone else dug when they leave as we did!), and Cathedral Cove. When I reported the problem, reception staff reacted surprised and said a technician would be alarmed.
