Rare to find private acreage:
Great for families. Children can run around and explore on 3 acres. Enjoy the peaceful country feel. Wake up and walk out to Nature. Relax and BBQ on patio. You may see a bald Eagle, cardinals, and hummingbirds. 20min drive to west Sedona but still far from all the traffic. 20 min to historic railway of Clarkdale, Jerome, or enjoy a 2 hour drive to the Grand Canyon. There is so much to do outdoors- Fishing, hiking, ATV, Jeep, kayaking, Close to wineries, Native American ruins, horse riding, great food, great shopping and much more. You’ll love my home because it brings friends and family together. Refresh and Rejuvenate.
Housekeeping disinfects and allows at least one day to rest before new guests arrive. WiFi and cell are good.
There is a reverse osmosis water system or drink from fresh well water.

There is a studio next to main house which is occupied by the caretaker and his well trained dog. The entrances are on opposite sides to maintain privacy. The dog but will kept in a private area away from the main house.
You have lots of privacy and sitting areas around property.

Perfect for three couples. Great outdoor space! A flowing brook in a peaceful setting. Simply lovely. We would absolutely come again!The host thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen, beautiful bedding and towels. Fantastic stay just one very minor issue - Patio door was difficult to open and close.

Our stay was to attend a wedding in Jerome. The living, kitchen, dining is one large area and beautifully decorated. Each bedroom had a full bathroom. The little stream gave us a wonderful babbling brook sound. My sister loved it so much she plans to return for a mini retreat for herself. She said it was very calming.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was absolutely perfect—close enough to enjoy all that Sedona has to offer, yet tucked away in a peaceful and serene setting that felt like our own private retreat nestled on a property with a nearby creek. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The design and decor were charming, and the views from the property were simply breathtaking. The communication with the owner was top-notch. They were responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about ensuring we had a wonderful experience. The on-site staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. We had a lovely stay! Joara was amazing to work with- kind, helpful, very responsive and easy to reach. Her on-site manager was also wonderful and helpful. The house is beautiful, with a gracious, relaxing and comforting vibe. I loved the sound of the creek outside, and enjoyed hearing the wildlife around. It was hot when we were there, but the thick house walls kept it nice inside, even to the point where we didn't need the a/c. In the evening, we enjoyed sitting on some rocking chairs on the covered porch and looking out over the grounds. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at this unique and wonderful home for a couple nights. The outside doesn’t do the inside justice. It’s much bigger and sophisticated on the inside. The house was easy to navigate because there are little labels on the cupboards and drawers. The beds were comfy. The property manager Peter was great. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful time at this serene and relaxing property. The home was spacious and well appointed with everything you need for a great get away. The property was beautiful and if the weather had been warmer, we would have loved sitting outside in the evening. It would have been a perfect location for star gazing. We enjoyed traveling a short distance to Sedona for hiking and touring. The food at Up the Creek was delicious and we appreciated the recommendation. Our stay was amazing, and we will definitely return again soon. Thank you Joara for being so accommodating and helpful.

Beautiful well equiped home.Everything you need is labled.A book with instructions and also local sights was helpful.The stream with bridge and covered patio is so peaceful while listening to a waterfall.Rock paths and seating areas compliment the 3 acre site.Would love to live there!Thank you for sharing this wonderful property!

Large property, enjoyed being able to spread out, inside & outside. Very quiet location. Enjoyed hearing the chickens & local wild life. I would definitely recommend & would love to return. Loved the kitchen everything you could need!

I think there needs to be some cleaning done and some lights did not work. Cobwebs here and there and the dishes had white spots on them. The bathroom window screen in the Master needs to be repaired. TV's in the bedrooms would be a plus. BBQ needs cleaning. My brother in law did his best to clean it before we used it. Cushions need replaced outside. Really, it was a great stay, just trying to help you improve things for the price per night. Thank you, we will return for all the amenities you supply as for the yard and the serenity of it all. Thank you for your hospitality! Kathy Swepston

The home was clean and beautiful. Location met our needs as our family of 5 adults spent the day in Sedona (20 minutes) and traveled the Verde Canyon Railroad (15 minutes). Jerome (25 minutes) was a plus. Given the opportunity, we will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay - the property is peaceful and looks just like the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and Athena (the dog) was very sweet. The pantry was well stocked and we started a fire in the fireplace most evenings given the cooler than usual weather, including a couple inches of snow. Some nice wineries around and good restaurant recommendations in Cottonwood, Sedona and Cornville.

Nicely appointed house with unique outdoor spaces, just a short drive into town, and close to scenic areas and hikes along Oak Creek. Perfect for three couples or a family with kids.
