'This is a fully automated , self-service unstaffed investment property (with Hotels.com should make clear and rate on a different scale than full-service hotels). The construction is brand new, so it was impeccably clean, though sterile and lacking human-centered design elements (extra outlet by bed, place to hang a face towel, little things). There is nothing human or personal about it, except the "concierge" who texts you back when you contact the establishment. (She was nice.) I did not...
