Reconnect with nature in our spacious canvas tent, nestled in a quiet corner of the Adirondacks near the Hudson River. Your cozy retreat features warm lighting, wooden floors, and two large screened doors, offering beautiful views of the surrounding forest.
Inside your tent, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay:
* A comfortable queen bed with all bedding and linens included
* Fresh towels and hand towels
* Two nightstands with reading lights
* An ice chest to keep your drinks cool
The tents are pet-friendly, and there is a $50 flat fee to bring a dog.
Start your mornings with your private coffee and tea station, complete with an electric kettle, a Brita water filter, and complimentary pour-over coffee packets to start your stay. Step outside onto your private wood deck, where you can relax in comfortable chairs, gather around the fire pit, or enjoy a meal at the picnic table. We also provide a few flyaway sticks to help keep bugs at bay.
Your booking includes full access to the Camp Hudson Pines amenities from May 10th through October 15th. Enjoy our prime waterfront location on the Hudson River, featuring a grassy beach area for swimming and relaxing.
Shared camp amenities include:
* A heated swimming pool (available Memorial Day to Labor Day)
* Kayak rentals to explore the river (May through early October)
* A brand-new bathhouse with five private, one of which is an accessible bathroom, each with its own exterior entrance, shower, toilet, and sink
* A Camp Store for snacks, ice cream, firewood, and souvenirs
* Weekend activities at the Pavilion, such as live music, movies, and yoga (please ask for the schedule)
* Forested walking paths, a pool table, and cornhole
* A shared propane grill for your cooking needs
* Complimentary Wi-Fi and free parking on the premises
* Add-Ons: We offer an extra bedded cot for an additional person or a rentable "camp box" with cooking and dining essentials. Please reach out before your stay if you are interested.
* Privacy: Your tent is located in a wooded area, but please note there are neighboring tents and the shared bathhouse is nearby.
* Seasonal Amenities: Access to the main camp amenities is available from May 10th to October 15th. The heated pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-in: 4 PM, Check-out: 10 AM
Early check-in requests are not guaranteed, but we will let you know if your site is ready early if you request an early check-in. Late checkout (until 12 pm) can be accommodated for a fee, based on availability. ($50)
You are responsible for leaving your site clean or a fee may be assessed.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Amplified sound or music is not permitted.
Please be courteous to other guests around you. No bright lights over 70w. Loud, objectionable noise is not allowed at any time (no generators). Profanity or violence will not be tolerated. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave. No littering of garbage or cigarette butts. Please recycle.
CHILDREN POLICY
We love children! We welcome families and guests of all ages. Parents must supervise their children at all times. We ask that parents help our young guests to be respectful of their neighbors, the staff, and the surrounding property.
DOG POLICY
GLAMPING: We welcome all well-behaved dogs to accompany their owners for their canvas tent stay for an additional fee of $50. There is a 1 dog maximum with an 80 lb maximum. We will consider a 2nd dog on a case by case basis.
We kindly ask guests who bring their dog to read our Dog Policy below before checking in. Dogs must be declared on your reservation prior to arrival.
– We have two dog parks where friendly dogs can play off leash.
- Dogs MUST be kept on a maximum, 6-foot leash under owner supervision and may not be left unattended at any time.
–Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their dog. All dog waste must be properly disposed of in trash cans in closed doggie bags. Doggie bags are available for purchase in the camp store if you forget your own.
– Noisy, aggressive or unruly dogs are not allowed.
–We are not responsible for, and will hold the dog owner accountable, for any injury or damage caused by their dog.
-Dogs are not allowed in swimming areas, bathrooms or the Pavilion.
-If any damage is done by your dog, the host can charge an additional fee.
SMOKING POLICY
We have a tent non-smoking policy. You may not smoke anywhere on your site. Canvas will soak in the smell! If you smoke inside, or near, your accommodation, a minimum cleaning fee of $350.00 will be charged to your account. The non-smoking policy refers to cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and burning of candles or incense.
We do not allow smoking or vaping of any substance in any building or within 30 feet of any common areas including the pool, the pavilion, the waterfront, the cabins and group campfires. The non-smoking policy refers to cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, and e-cigarettes.
OCCUPANCY POLICY
All sites may be occupied by only the number of people on your reservation. No additional guests are allowed.
VEHICLE POLICY
We allow for one vehicle per site. If you have a second vehicle, please call the main office to see if we can accommodate it. The cabins have room for two vehicles. Maximum speed on the campground is limited to 5 miles per hour.
WATER POLICY
We are located on the Hudson River and have a heated pool. Both are open for use between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Here are the rules regarding both:
-Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety, and that of their children, in and near any water.
-There are NO LIFEGUARDS at the pool, beach or river. Swim at your own risk.
-There is a designated swimming area at the river.
-Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult over 21
-NEVER SWIM ALONE. Individuals, including adults, should never swim in the pool or river alone.
-IN AN EMERGENCY, NOTIFY “911”, THEN THE FACILITY OPERATOR IMMEDIATELY. A free emergency telephone is provided at the beach and pool.
-The Pool and Beach may only be used during posted hours of operation. All posted rules must be followed.
-Kayaks are available for use through our Camp Store. A liability waiver must be signed and lifejackets worn. Guests kayak at their own risk.
-No personal boats or watercrafts of any kind may be brought without permission from the main office.
FIRE POLICY
Fires are allowed in designated fire rings only. Fires must be monitored and properly distinguished. Burning of trash is prohibited. Per NY State law, firewood must be obtained within a 50 mile radius of the campground. Firewood is available for purchase at our Camp Store.
BATHHOUSE POLICY
Two bathhouses are available on Pine Loop and one on Linden Lane. Dogs are not allowed in the bathhouses. There is a dish washing station outside of the Linden Lane Bathhouse and the lower Pine Loop bathhouse. Guests may not wash dishes in the bathhouses. Camp Hudson Pines is on a septic system and only septic approved toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Feminine hygiene products may not be flushed.
PROHIBITED
Guns, weapons of any sort, fireworks, illegal drugs, ATVs/UTVs, controlled substances or paraphernalia, and violations of any law are prohibited.
TREE POLICY
Trees, and the beauty and shade they provide are an integral part of the Adirondacks and your experience here. However, trees pose a natural hazard of falling debris, and branches. We do not assume responsibility for these natural hazards or for any property damage, injury, or other circumstances that may result.
CHANGES IN OFFERING AND OTHER INCIDENTALS
Amenities and services are subject to change without notice. Specific site numbers are not guaranteed and subject to change. We will do our best to fill specific requests.
SECURITY
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Report any problems with your site to the onsite team immediately. We adhere to and maintain all state, county and local laws. In the event of an emergency, or for after-hours assistance, please call or text the campground host at (518) 654-6630. Please have your site number ready. In an emergency, please call 911.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION BY PROPERTY POLICY
The host reserves the right to cancel a reservation for any unforeseen reason. In the event a reservation cancellation is deemed necessary, we will reschedule at guest’s request based on availability, or cancel and refund your reservation in full.
