Overview
Villa Kerkyroula is located in Krouzeri, Corfu. This detached vacation
rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 7
people with 3 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. There is a private pool with

Layout

On the ground floor (pool level) is 2 air conditioned twin bedrooms
with en suite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have a balcony
leading to the pool terrace, which is also accessible from the ground
floor hallway. There is also a games/study area with desk and WiFi
Internet.
Just below the villa is the beach, along with jetty just perfect for
that early morning swim! Those looking for a little more adventure can
hire a motor boat (no license required) for whizzing to nearby beaches,
bays and even the supermarket!!
The 1st floor consists of an open plan dining room and kitchen which
lead out to a dining terrace and barbecue area overlooking the pool.
There is a further air conditioned double bedroom with en suite shower
room and separate W/C. An enclosed marble spiral staircase leads down
to pool level.

Living Room
The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are sea views
from the living room.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, washing machine,
dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also
a barbecue outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
