'Beautiful surroundings, nice rooms and great amenities. Only remark would be the additional fees that are charged for all the amenities. We prefer this to be part of the room price upfront. '

'Rooms are okay, bit noisy though.'

'Beautiful property, great location'

'The location was very convenient for getting downtown. However, our room had no heater. We asked a couple of times for a portable one, but never received it, so we had to endure the cold that night. They tried to fix the issue, but it didn't work—and temperatures were 29°F outside.'

Continentaal ontbijt was redelijk. Hierdoor voelden we ons onwelkom. '

'Dislikes were not bad. Our fireplace had issues and they were helpful in getting it working, but it was only a brief fix. NBD really. Outside lights by our room were not on at night, so not ideal for safety. Hot tub was warm, not too hot. I assume it's harder to keep hot when 25 degrees out. Dinner in restaurant was good but small portion. Loved the room, kitchenette/bar, very spacious. Staff was very nice and helpful. View from room was fantastic of the first snow of season on mountain...
