I liked the spacious rooms and the big bathroom and location. The rooms were outdated and fhe first one I got was extremely dirty and gross. The staff however, was really friendly and offered me a different room. The perks of a 4 star hotel.

Outdated and tired hotel that is falling apart
Clothing left in the room by the previous user, black hairs left in the sink, this room is not clean! The room, in fact the whole hotel is also lacking maintenance. Things quite literally start falling apart. Hose on the shower head has a massive leak. Elevators do not respond to your keycard, requiring reception to use their dongle. Carpet extremely dirty. Breakfast is ok, nothing fancy.

Twee keer zijn er mensen binnen ons kamer gelopen terwijl wij aan het slapen waren. Kamer was niet zo schoon. Kamer was veelste duur voor de kwaliteiten aangeboden.

Overall Ok
This hotel is in a nice central location. The lobby is nice and the staff were helpful. However, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Both my husband and I had a hard time sleeping and woke up sore because the mattress was so terrible. The blinds were broken as well. Overall the room seemed outdated and a little worn.

Great location short walk to most things and the train is right outside the door. Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were okay, good sized room, but a little dated. Great stay overall.

The AC was broken for some reason so I spent my nights in a boiling room, I had the option to open the windows and deal with the noise outside or use a hand-size fan and deal with the noise too (it was broken too). Every day I contacted the staff about this issue and still acted like it was the first time to heard that. If you are a VIP member, no VIP amenities nor room upgrade Otherwise, Copenhagen is a spectacular city to be in, and the people are so friendly and welcoming... definitely, visiting again but please not this hotel

We had made a two-night reservation through Expedia and were looking forward to a great experience at the hotel. However, our stay was marred by unprofessional behavior from the hotel staff. Here are some of the experiences we had: - We were given a room on the first floor without a functioning AC or ventilation. We were not informed about the broken AC until the next day when we complained. When we did, the staff told us that the AC for the entire hotel had not been working for weeks. We checked with other guests and found this to be untrue. - The reception staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when we complained. They could have changed our room, but they showed no interest in resolving the issue. - When we asked for the manager's contact information to file a complaint, the staff was hesitant and confused us about when the manager would be available. - We sent an official complaint via email, copying their corporate office. Their response was not a sincere apology but rather an offer to discount the parking fee, which was an insult considering the uncomfortable room we had spent the night in. - Parking was located at another hotel, and the construction made it very difficult to drag our luggage on the pavement. - Breakfast was not up to the mark, and we would have preferred to eat elsewhere. - We are planning to file a complaint with HRT-ankenaevn as we believe the hotel staff misinformed us about the room conditions and available services.

Wasn’t impressed, the hotel is advertised as luxury yet room looked dated, bath was old with limescale and there was mould on tiles. We were top floor yet had lots of noise from the street at the back of the hotel, especially on a Saturday night, windows barely concealed any noise. The room had a small, cheap plastic kettle that was not clean and only black tea. Some of the duvets were stained so we had to ask for them to be replaced. Positives are the location next to the train station and room was spacious with comfortable beds.

I have tried to contact this property due to black mould and the room was dirty with a football card behind the tv, blood/poo or coffee spots on the wall, the bathroom being dirty and blond hairs in the room (we are not blond) that’s just a snap shot of complaints. I have tried three times to contact this property and have images as well. No response. Black mould was fully formed around the window and is a health risk!
