'Excellent. Super comfy beds & pillows, spacious. Amazing location - walk out 2nd floor to main street, lots of parking in rear by front door (signage lacking a little). Very clean, staff perfect, nice breakfast on weekends, decent continental weekdays. across from Foothills Performing Arts. Wonderful little areas for computer work. Indoor pool (but spa was inop). Rooms a little dated, but any negatives reviews are truly unwarranted. This will be my go to hotel in Oneonta when balancing...

'Absolutely beautiful property and room. It was immaculate and the breakfast was 5 stars. We were able to walk everywhere. The owner even let us keep our car there for a couple of hours after we checked out. I would go back again and stay here in a heartbeat. Exceeded my expectations.'
