'As we got there to check in, we had to wait to get our keys to the room because the computer was down. Then when we got to the room, the room was good! But the toilet had to be flushed like 3+ times to just flush the toilet paper. Then we went down to use the hot tub and myself and the two other ladies went to go in due to our backs and hips having issues, the hot tub was cold! The pool was cloudy and not all that clean! We noticed on the bed next to the window, there was something smeared on...

'The casino itself was very well supervised. The room was clean, but disappointed that there was no coffee/tea available. We feel that is a nice perk for guests in the morning. All in all, we had an enjoyable time. '
