Quite, Peaceful & Serene, But So Close To All The Action!

This is just the start of the description of Serenity Barn Guest House! It literally takes 4 minutes to get to The Cooperstown Dreams Park. Newly remodeled barn apartment with Amazing Views! Rent independently or with Serenity House across the street (Property # 2476539), to accommodate 8 more guests. Just 3 miles from The Cooperstown Dreams Park and The Baseball Hall of Fame.
Enjoy the peaceful views from the back deck located right off the kitchen/dining/living area. The master bedroom is brand new and has a new, attached full bathroom and a Queen bed.
Bedroom 2 has a full bed and bunk beds and uses the other full bathroom right down the hall (Note that you must pass through this bedroom to get from the MBR to the main living area or go outside and around to the front entrance)

This rental includes everything you can imagine as well as some amenities you won’t believe!

**We do ask that during the summer baseball season, you limit your stay to 6 nights and follow the schedule as posted at both Dreams Park and All Star Village**

Between games, enjoy the peaceful views and quiet surroundings on the lawn or deck.
There is a gas BBQ Grill for your use as well.

We have provided a variety of books & games for indoor entertainment.

A washer & dryer are provided for your convenience. We respectfully request you use only for the house guests.

Just one more thing, please respect our Home by not smoking on the property. Thank you, and No Pets please.

If we have forgotten anything that you may need during your stay, do not hesitate to ask and we will do our best to provide it.

We stayed at Serenity Barn while in town for a Cooperstown baseball tournament. The Barn provided a feeling of 'home' that we wouldn't have gotten at a hotel. The Barn has everything you could want or need for a stay of any length. It is really close to Dreams Park, downtown Cooperstown, and all the retail shops around town. Melissa was great to communicate with and showed genuine care when responding to inquiries. We are totally satisfied with our stay. If we had another child competing in Cooperstown, we would definitely check availability for Serenity Barn again.

We could not have asked for a better location.5 minutes give or take from dreams park, and so close to historic Cooperstown.Beautiful views and peaceful area were a great respite from the craziness of the tournament.The check in and out process was smooth, and communication with the owners was easy and prompt. We are a family who loves to have a kitchen to cook our own meals and prep and store snacks on a long trip- it was great to be able to do that!I might add a cutting board or two, to the kitchen supplies. But it comes with most of what you need to cook and clean up after a meal.The property was clean in the most important places- toilets, sinks, showers and bedding.But a little dusty/dirty on the floors, walls, doors, windows/sills, appliances. So maybe a little more attention to detail between guests. But I am a Monica- so I tend to leave places cleaner than I found them.I might suggest adding hangers to the closets and some sort of magnetic screen on the sliding door to let that cool breeze in at night without letting in the bugs.All in all it was a great experience and we felt lucky to be there!

Great option for Dream Park Stay

We booked this for our stay during my son’s Dreams Park Tournament. The location was perfect with an easy, quick drive to and from the park and restaurants. The setup was perfect with a master that had its own bathroom for my wife and me and an attached separate bedroom for my other two kids. It’s great that room had twin bunks and a queen so my baseball player had a bed on the last night of our stay when the tournament was over. The cottage was well stocked and clean. There were plenty of towels too! There is also a bathroom off the living room with a shower that my kids could use.

Amazing View

Our stay was a incredible experience loved every single day we grill almost every day my kids played baseball in that tremendous huge back yard we saw deers bunny’s they loved it we washed and dry all of clothes thank you for that. We dropped a pin. The house is small but really cozy.

Property was great. My boys were playing in the Cooperstown Baseball Tournament. The house is like 5 minutes away from the complex. It was great because my husband would pop in and shower everyday so he wouldn't have to shower at the barracks. House was clean, beds were comfy it was the perfect size for what we needed. I only wished the clothes dryer worked a little better and the back door slider was very hard to open. Other than that it was a great property and would rent it again if ever in the area.
