Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers) and you can enjoy a garden of around 20,000 m². The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living area with a TV, a sofa bed and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
- Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed (160×200), TV
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed
- A bathroom with a shower
- A second bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet

Outdoors:
- A terrace of approximately 6 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days

Communal areas:

The flat is ideally situated in Concarneau, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town centre is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 metres from the flat.
