Our beautiful Conca, sea front estate Roberta was designed in the sixties in a perfect Mediterranean architecture, with white walls surrounded by one of the nicest garden on the coast, adorned with bougainvillea flowers of different colors, mimosa trees, prickly pears, agave.

The property is in a residential gated park where all houses are painted plain white to reflect the harsh summer sun and are more heat resistant. You will reach the door from the main coastal road by climbing up only 40 comfortable steps.

The property can sleep maximum four guests, ideal for a couple or a family with young children and features and entry living room with fitted kitchenette, a full bathroom with shower box, one double room with double bed, whilst two young children could sleep in the folder sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchenette features basic utensils, cutlery and dishware, an electric oven, dishwasher. A clothes washing machine is also available.

The living room features a double folder sofa bed and three armchairs, a TV that receives only Italian channels, a table with chairs. The living room has access to the private sea view terrace that is equipped with a white wooden table and chairs, two sun loungers. The view extends from Capo Di Conca to Salerno bay.

The property is at a few minutes\' walk to Capo Di Conca equipped beach with sunbeds and parasols. Food stores are located in Conca Dei Marini centre village at ten minutes\' walk. Positano is at 30 minutes\' drive and Amalfi at 15 minutes\' drive. By the property you will find a convenient bus stop of the Sitasud company, you can use as a base to explore the entire coast, without the hassle of driving a car. If you wish to rent your own vehicle, the car can be parked nearby in the public garage with a small daily fee.
