  • Casa Giovannina is een charmant vissershuisje met een adembenemend uitzicht op de Middellandse Zee, gelegen op de rotspunt van de beroemde Capo di Conca. Het heeft twee grote terrassen met panoramisch uitzicht op zee. De ligging is ideaal: weg van de drukte van de kust, maar toch dicht bij de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden!



    Het huis is gelijkvloers en bestaat uit:



    • Groot panoramisch terras, voorzien van barbecue, tuinmeubilair (ligstoelen, tafels om buiten te eten).

    • Terras aan zee met ligstoelen, tuinset en buitendouche

    • Woonkamer met eethoek en tweepersoonsslaapbank

    • Panoramische (open) veranda met tafel en stoelen

    • Volledig uitgeruste keuken – zonder vaatwasser – met eettafel

    • 1 slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed (afmetingen: 160x190) met toegang tot het terras aan de voorzijde en uitzicht op zee

    • 1 eenpersoonskamer (afmetingen: 90x190)

    • 1 badkamer met grote douche



    Casa Giovannina ligt in een rustige omgeving met prachtig uitzicht aan de Amalfikust, direct op de beroemde rots van Capo Di Conca. Het huis heeft 2 verschillende ingangen: één vanaf de hoofdweg, via ongeveer 60 treden – met gratis parkeergelegenheid voor scooters –, en één vanaf de bovenste weg, via ongeveer 10 treden. Er is geen eigen parkeerplaats. De openbare parkeerplaats (tegen betaling) ligt op ongeveer 50 meter afstand van het huis, maar in het hoogseizoen kan het lastig zijn om daar een plekje te vinden. We raden je aan om Casa Giovannina zonder auto te bereiken.

Top class accommodation

Casa Giovannina was a Top class accommodation with breathtaking views and ample space for a family: Francesco with SMAAC was a terrific host and was very helpful with providing valuable help especially since we were from the US and knew nothing about how to get around locally. We rented a scooter locally but the bus stop is just a few steps away, and unlike other places in the Amalfi, this place has a very minimal climb. Last but not the least , it was great to have a fully functional kitchen, perfect arrangement to cook something simple if needed.

An absolutely magical stay at Casa Giovannina ! We recently stayed, from July 19 to 27, 2026, at this wonderful villa, Casa Giovannina, nestled along the stunning Amalfi Coast, and it truly was an unforgettable stay. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking view before us, a real haven of peace far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Waking up every morning to this panorama, overlooking one of the most beautiful coastlines in the world, is something we’ll treasure forever. The villa itself is beautifully furnished, spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped, offering all the comfort you need for a successful getaway with familyfriends. A huge thank you also to Francesco, our host, for his warm welcome, kindness, and outstanding responsiveness throughout our stay. Always available to answer our questions and offer advice, he greatly contributed to making this stay such a pleasant experience. One small note, however, regarding parking: parking outside of a designated lot is simply near impossible in the area, and the nearest parking lot is only available on weekdays, with an average cost of around €40/24 hours. This is worth knowing in advance for future guests traveling by car. We highly recommend Casa Giovannina to anyone looking for peace, beautiful surroundings, and genuine hospitality on the Amalfi Coast. We truly hope to have the chance to come back very soon, and we hope to see Francesco again!

Amazing!

Beautiful location that was close to Amalfi but away from all the crowds. Great views of the ocean and Torre del Capo di Conca from the large patio. Francesco was very responsive to any questions we had and addressed any issues quickly.

Fantastic place!

Fantastic place! Incredible views from several different balconies - in the pictures I thought there were less, from different angles. Great for relaxing, writing a book (what we did), and getting to know the Costiera Amalfitana (also). The host was very responsive, the house was tidy and clean and well equipped.

We were welcomed with welcome parcel on table and the home was absolutely perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious and we had space for three of us. The balcony views are amazing!! Highly recommend here, although a quick bus trip out of Amalfi, it’s worth it for the peace and quiet.. we would re-book next time.

A Peaceful Amalfi Escape with Stunning Views

Our property in Conca dei Marini was spectacular. Impeccably clean, very well located. It's a quiet town, away from the noise of nearby Amalfi but close enough to travel there easily with the bus station nearby. The views from the balcony were beautiful, the air conditioning nice and cold, and Francesco was extremely helpful with any questionsrequests we made of SMAAC. Having a beach down the steps, a 10 minute walk away, was a luxury. The restaurant nearby, Bonta del Capo was delicious. I highly recommend visiting here for your Amalfi vacation!

Excellent, quiet and private location with breathtaking views. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and welcoming. Easy access to beaches and food market and restaurants within walking distance - albeit an uphill but pleasant walk. Bus stop only a minute walk from property. A dishwasher would be a welcome addition to the kitchen.

Great location, Close to the beach and close to the bus stop. The view is beautiful. The air-conditioning was great. It felt very safe. There was no hot water in the shower and there were ants in the house. Other than that, the stay was great

très beau logement

Depuis les préparatifs de l'arrivée jusqu'à notre départ, tout s'est déroulé parfaitement. Stefano a été d'une très grande aide. Le logement était très propre et très bien agencé. Situé dans une partie calme de la cote amalfitaine, il était tout de même très facile d'accéder rapidement aux sites les plus touristiques. La vue du logement était fabuleuse. Nous avons très envie d'y retourner.
