When I later inquired about the laundry facilities, the lady at reception took me to the laundry room and showed me how to start the washing machine and where the drying racks were located outside, ...

The light cover was off the bedside light with exposed wired. There was blood (?) stains on the curtain. The grounds looked like they were not done in months. A horrible smell from the bathroom. Sign blamed it on chinchilla water. I think it was their septic system. Unclean room in general. Missing ...
