'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...

'1st night late arrival room BA5 had literally more than 100 ants in the bathroom, the deadbolt did not lock, and the hot water was only warm. We were changed the next day to a very nice lagoon front room with no problems. The only minor disappointment during our stay was that breakfast buffets were only available on weekends, but we were given restaurant credits to make up for it. The staff provided excellent fast service in all circumstances. A must do is to walk around the entire lagoon path...

'I got a better swim at the pool and at the beach. breakfast was ok and staff are great except for Cecille the person who was at the front desk when we checked in at 2pm. She told me that checked-in is at 3pm but there’s a room ready for you. I just got so annoyed when she said that, and told her that "you don't have to say the 3pm time to checked-in, if the room is ready just checked us in! then she gave me a room with no AirCondition working...pure warm air coming out. 'Ouderwetse kamer in het 'nieuwe gedeelte'. Slecht bed, ouderwetse badkamer. Het hotel lijkt TOTAAL NIET op de foto's. Personeel is vriendelijk. Restaurant stelt niets voor, daar is het personeel slecht. De omgeving is niet bijzonder, ver weg. Het enige goede is dat er op loopafstand een Italiaans restaurant zit: Giuseppe. Ga daar heen!'

'Unfortunately, the room was not very clean, and there were a lot of bugs throughout the room. Ants were especially noticeable, so if you are allergic to ants or are very sensitive to insects, I would not recommend staying here. The cleanliness of the room definitely needs improvement, and the bug issue made the stay uncomfortable. That said, the staff was very nice and helpful. We got locked out of our room during our stay, and they were quick to help us get the issue resolved.'

'Don't stay at this hotel if you only plan to stay overnight and can't arrive early to check-in and leave early the next morning like what we did. Despite our rather short stay, we were able to celebrate my dad's birthday in a memorable way. We even got a complimentary cake! My parents loved their room and so did my brother and cousin. Our room was spacious enough for our curious one year old and our 10 year old son. Wide variety of choices in their breakfast buffet and they even packed...

'I booked this Hotel for my parents, but when they arrived at the place (Hotel). They told my parents that they don't have a room for them because the room that I booked, someone has booked before me. In other words, overbooking. I have hotel confirmation and send a copy to my sister just incase because i live overseas and the time differences. They called me many times while I was sleeping. And my phone was on sleep mode. I saw the message an hour after when i woke up and I was very worried 😟....

'I liked that it was small and more private. However the beach was not clean enough to swim. Water went out from time to time as well as the wifi. A lot of the furniture in my room was beat up and broken. It's a great place but it needs some work done.'

'gezellig hotel, prima prijs voor de geboden kwaliteit, fijn zwembad (lijkt veel groter op de foto's) vriendelijk personeel. Helaas ligt het hotel nogal afgelegen van Cebu stad of bezienswaardigheden op Mactan island. Zeer geschikt voor mensen die een romantisch hotel zoeken of tot rust willen komen. Elke taxirit begint met 100php nog voordat er een meter is gereden.'

'No hot water in their so called Spa villa and electricity shortcuts. Very loud and old AC. Bad food in the restaurant. Housekeeping came at 6pm. Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Big construction around the hotel. Hotel manager was very apologizing and admitted their mistake in putting us in a villa that was not supposed to be rented. We've agreed on a partial refund that never got approved after we've checked out. Hotels.com were no help in solving this issue! '
