When the shower drain backed up, he was appreciative of letting him know abut the problem and extremely prompt in fixing the problem.We had a mis-communication about our departure time, which was unfortunate. 'The property is simply fantastic. Everything is immaculate and it was extremely clean and fresh. It is beautifully designed and very secure with all double glazed windows making it silent at night and very comfortable temperature. Puri is lovely to deal with. Highly recommended.'
