'Zeer vriendelijke mensen, je kan altijd iets vragen. Appartement is netjes, keuken voldoende spullen aanwezig. Dicht bij het centrum maar wel een flinke klim. Ik had dit tevoren gelezen, maar het viel me toch nog tegen. Binnenplaatsje is mooi en gezellig. Geen fijne stoeltjes om buiten te zitten. We bleven een week, geen schone handdoeken en moesten steeds toilet papier bij vragen. Dat vond ik wat gênant. Geiser viel soms uit, gelukkig zelf kunnen resetten, anders geen warm water. 'We had an excellent stay at Mosaic Homes. Perfect location in the center of Granada, close to the cathedral but also reachable by car to drop off our luggage. There is no full-time reception, but communication via WhatsApp goes very smoothly. The staff responds very quickly, even during weekends and late at night. Parking with reduced fee was organized by the staff and the ticket was dropped-off. Very clean, spacious and nicely renovated rooms. When I go back to Granada I will certainly stay...

'This hidden gem is a small oasis in a busy city. From its elegant 17th century interior settings, serene breakfast area, beautiful views and delicious menu, we enjoyed a relaxing start to the day. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking was not the easiest to access in a large vehicle, however the instructions supplied and wonderful staff were of great assistance. Overall a fabulous experience, we will definitely be back!'
