'One night stay'

'The hotel was very clean, the staff was nice and helpful, the free breakfast was nice. The only downside was the distance of the parking lot from the hotel.'

'Very disappointed in this “High End/High Priced Hilton property. The room and especially the bathroom was small. Strong odor of mildew. A/C unit did not run consistently. Wood molding around the windows was rotted out. Carpet was old, worn and stained. No refrigerator or microwave. Dinner at the restaurant was dismal. My had roasted chicken that was old and over cooked. Her MacnCheese had a funky overly sweet taste. The only thing she liked were the 3 Brussels sprouts. I had all night...

'I needed the wifi for work and it did not have ang internet connection. When the fromt desk clerk was informed, he shrug and said he did not know anything about it, Also we booked for 2 nights but the same clerk set our room keys for 1 night. We had to come back down to the front desk the get our keys reset '

'Séjour très bien. Lit confortable. Personel à notre arrivée assez peu souriant! Petit déjeuner assez de base.'

'Onvriendelijk ontvangst, geen info gekregen. Vochtige kamer, condens en schimmel op de lamp. Diervriendelijk hotel was te zien, er lag hondenhaar op de bovenste bedsprei bij beide bedden. We zijn met 3 en we kregen maar 2 handdoekenpaketten. Ontbijt: heel pover, alleen zelf te bakken wafels.'

'Veronica was at the front desk when we checked in. She is exactly the type of person you want to greet customers! She was genuine, had a great smile, and was warm and caring. Another employee was Lacy (I think that was her name). She was an older woman who was working the breakfast. She was so helpful, and always smiling. We might not stay at this hotel again since this was off our beaten path, but since we take a lot of road trips and I definitely book according to reviews. Major points for me...

'Positive: spacious room, quiet and the staff is very friendly. Negative: the toilet does not flush properly, little water pressure on the shower head, towels were missing. Not everything in the breakfast room was replenished quickly. Took a long time for the bread to be replenished. Cards did not work when we arrived at our room and had to be reactivated.'

'No pool'

'The breakfast barely had any food. No fruits(no banana, apples oranges forget the berries) no milk for cereals ,no milk at the coffee station. My first room -the water wasn’t turning on so had to ask for a different room that was located next to the air conditioning unit for the entire hotel. The night felt loud and I couldn’t sleep. Overall not a good stay. '
