Vind je ideale hotel in Columbus

'Have stayed here a lot over the last four years. Seem to land on the 3rd floor a lot. (maybe try a higher floor) It seems lately the rooms aren't as clean and are starting to look tired. The room had a stale odor (312) And for the first time at check-in and the next morning the lobby had a sour smell like they cleaned carpets and left them too wet. To add to the whining, the food from the casino just wasn't prepared well. Hope they can get things spiffed up, I enjoy staying here. (June 8/9)'

'Very run down. Hot tub out of order. My room had a musty smoke smell and our floor hallway smelled like wet dog (a service dog was staying on our floor). We paid $278 a night for a one star hotel. Will not be returning!'

'We have stayed here many times over the last five years. It is our go to property in the area. I will have to say that the stay this time was disappointing only because the breakfast did not offer much that we liked and very limited. Otherwise the rooms are very nice and the whole property is very clean.'

'Bedding seemed to be older. .. multiple things were unplugged but the bathroom light being on tripped the breaker anyway . Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9 . Today nothing was out when we left at 7. . No maid service even though there was supposed to be . Other towels were left outside rooms so it wasn’t just me ..'

'Hotel is good. Hockey teams stayed here and took over the entire lobby and outside sitting area. They were also very loud.'

'Everything was great from the personnel services to the rooms and amenities. Breakfast was ok, you will not get a michelen 5 star breakfast but at least you get a breakfast. Stay multiple times here already and each time I got treated like how a customer should be treated (my point of view).'

'This was a business overnight to get to an out of town training the next morning, I got a room with a single king bed and a walk in shower, the coop spring mattress was awful and the window shade and privacy/sleeping shade didn’t roll up or down which was a bummer but even after all that I would give it a 4 out of 5 cuz the staff was friendly, the amenities including pool and hot tub were working and nice and everything was clean! Once they replace the mattress and fix the shades I would happily...

'Hotel and room were very nice and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our room location was close to the interstate Hwy so we heard a lot of vehicle noise, Loud. The included breakfast was not as nice as I had expected, not up to par as compared to other hotels I have stayed at.'
