Summary:
Welcome to The Retro Sleepover Pad, a fun, spacious 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath home just steps from Seventh Son Brewery and Budd Dairy Food Hall in Columbus's Italian Village. Sleeping up to 6 guests, this self-check-in home blends a playful 90s throwback interior with a walkable location that puts Short North, Downtown Columbus, and Ohio State within easy reach. Guests love the spacious layout, the board games waiting inside, and the unbeatable location for exploring Columbus nightlife on foot.
The Space:
The main floor offers an open living and dining area, a half bath, and a fully stocked kitchen — ideal for group meals or a relaxed night in. Upstairs you'll find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and two bedrooms: the primary with a queen bed and desk, and the second with two queen beds and a desk (a third sleeping option is available on an air mattress in the living room). Guests consistently highlight the home's charm, spaciousness, and the board games waiting for a fun night in.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the basement laundry, with a shared yard alongside the neighboring house. Check yourself in with the smartlock — no coordinating arrival times required. A signed rental agreement are required after booking to receive arrival instructions.
The Neighborhood:
Italian Village is one of Columbus's most exciting neighborhoods, set on a historic street once lined with electric streetcars. You're three doors from Seventh Son Brewery and steps from Drunch, Little Rock, Hoof Hearted, and Cameron Mitchell's Food Hall across the street, with more spots opening regularly. It's a short walk to Budd Dairy Hall for even more dining and drinks.
The Retro Sleepover Pad is on a busy street (4th Street) and we do not have reserved off-street parking. There are usually spots available on our street, but you may need to walk a block or so.
Getting Around:
The home sits just 10 minutes north of Downtown Columbus and minutes from the interstate, with Short North, Ohio State University, and the Convention Center all easily reachable by car, Uber, or Lyft. Free on-premises parking is offered, and street parking is typically available on 4th Street, though you may occasionally need to walk a block
Other Things to Note:
