This was the worst Hilton we have ever stayed in. We didn’t get the room we booked three months prior- Expedia blamed the hotel, the hotel blamed Expedia. Our room was on the fourth floor, every window you could open fully and there weren’t any screens either! The bathroom tub was peeling in multiple spots so we couldn’t let our toddler take a bath. The drain would back up while you showered so you had water up to your ankles. Our bedroom door handle was broken. The ice maker in the kitchen freezer didn’t work. The fridge part was poorly cleaned. The living room phone had no power plug connecting it to the outlet and the phone line to the jack was cut as well. There was one remote for two TVs so you couldn’t watch in both rooms at the same time. The pool had a ton of missing tiles, it was falling apart. It was supposedly heated but was still cold, the door was propped open all day so there was no humidity in the room. The pool towels offered are so small and rough, you have to use 2-3 to try to get dry enough to walk to your room. There random objects at the bottom of the pool- water bottle, hair beads, broken sunglasses. The free breakfast was gross- the eggs were definitely liquid carton eggs, scrambled and sitting in water. The sausage links were shriveled and dry, the sausage patties barely cooked and soaked in grease. The potatoes super dry. The courtyard had trash in it everyday, from people clearly throwing it out their windows.
