Great Location, Poor Management and Cleanliness
The location is fantastic, but the overall experience was disappointing. Despite receiving a confirmation in the VRBO app, we were notified by the management company that we weren't yet officially booked after landing in Columbus. The management company required additional stepsâsigning a document, providing ID, and sending a photo of a credit cardâall before check-in, which was frustrating and unclear.The unit itself is spacious but dated. While the kitchen was stocked with essentials, the dishes were dirty. Upon arrival, we were told cleaners were still working, yet the space had dust, cobwebs, and trash. The sheets and towels were stained, showing a lack of attention to detail.Noise was another issue, with loud neighbors making it difficult to relax. The parking situation was also confusingâafter parking, we were suddenly informed a pass was required, which wasnât provided until later.Overall, while the location is great, the poor management and lack of cleanliness make it difficult to recommend. I wouldnât book with this company again.
