The Aerie Cabin is one of three private cabins within this rustic mountain lodge, offering a peaceful retreat perched above the treetops. Your stay includes access to the Aerie cabin only. Surrounded by mountainous views and alpine air, this is the perfect escape for couples or solo travelers seeking privacy and authentic Montana charm. Accessible by an exterior staircase, this hideaway allows guests to slow down, unwind, and take in the quiet beauty of the surrounding landscapes.

Inside, you will find a bright, open-concept layout featuring a full kitchen and dining table for two. Down the hall, you will find a king-size bed with a TV for cozy evenings. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on one of the two recliners. Step outside onto your private deck to enjoy sweeping mountain views.

In the winter, the Flathead Valley is famous for its world-class skiing and wide range of winter activities. There are two ski resorts in the area, including the local favorite Whitefish Mountain Resort and the family-friendly Blacktail Mountain Ski Area. Whitefish Mountain Resort was recently ranked #3 in the West by Ski Magazine readers! Visitors to the area can also enjoy ice fishing on Flathead Lake, snowshoeing or cross-country skiing in Glacier National Park, and snowmobiling with one of the local outfitters.

In the summer, enjoy all the water sports imaginable at Swan Lake! Glacier National Park is also close by with the breathtaking Going-To-The-Sun Road, Lake McDonald, and 70+day hikes! Make sure you take time to experience downtown Bigfork, boasting shops, galleries, restaurants, and the Bigfork Summer Playhouse. There are activities for everyone from hiking the Swan River Nature Trail, exploring the Jewel Basin Wilderness Area, fishing the many lakes rivers or golfing at any of the exceptional courses.
