Very clean, nice place, in a nice area with a great location. Roomy bedrooms with plenty of bedding, great loft area. Kids loved the foosball and the park/playground directly across the street. Kitchen well-equipped, and we appreciated that there were a variety of spices stocked, as well as easy to overlook things like coffee filters, tea bags, even coffee, which we enjoyed on the front porch in the morning. Also very convenient to have a garage door opener and garage access. A couple very small quibbles: the high bar in the kitchen could really use some bar stools; the TV/receiver instructions in the loft need to be updated to reflect the remotes currently in use (there are detailed instructions and pics of the remotes, but they're not the remotes actually there). Not a big deal, we figured it out. The smart thermostat was a bit too smart for us- the AC would come on fine when the temp was lowered to say 72, but would time out after a certain amount of time and revert to a higher temp, requiring us to periodically reset the temp to stay comfortable. Fortunately the weather was perfect- cool overnight and low 70s during the day. Overall highly recommend, and we'd definitely stay there again.

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs! The location was super close to jump on the highway and start our day. The park across the street is very nice as well for the kids to play. It did seem there was quite a bit of outside traffic coming and going to the park which made it busier than we thought but wouldn’t deter us from staying again. Lots of space for our group of 8 to use in the home. The hosts had a list of local places to eat and activities which helped out a lot. The only “wish” would be a little larger couch/seating area downstairs. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Great family property

Enjoyed our stay with the kids. House was clean and well stocked. Loved that we had a garage to park in. The park across the street was super convenient- just had to be extra vigilant as cars drove very quickly around the corner so crossing the street to the park was not something we could let our kids do alone. Beds were super comfortable!

House was clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Down stairs is a little plain and the kitchen could use a set of measuring cups and spoons but had everything else we needed to cook. Upstairs living area was very comfortable and we spent most of our time there. Had a little trouble with the front door key pad but owner was very helpful and we worked it out. No yard but games inside house and a park across the street.

Colorado getaway

Great trip with family. Only regret was that we didn’t have more time to do all the suggestions that the owners left in their welcome book. Great stay with lots of room for us to spread out. Enjoy our stay and the host was excellent.

Great vacation home♥️

We loved this property~ it looks exactly as pictured and fit our needs perfectly. Clean and spacious. There were only two of us, but the space was great and the bed was super comfortable (which is important to me). The location is close to everything~ 15-20 mins from nearly everything which was very convenient.
