'The photos online are very edited and not what the place truly is. Very ghetto area. We were located on the bottom floor at the very first room. There was absolutely no noise cancellation so we could hear people on the stairs, through the wall to the next room, conversations outside along with any foot steps outside. The first thing I noticed was the door handle lock was hanging on my a thread. The HVAC unit was broken as well. Any time it kicked on it sounded terrible so we got no sleep. The...

'Everyone was friendly and helpful. The entire property was clean. Ample parking. Great selections for breakfast. Would definitely recommend!!'

'This property is well-maintained, organized and the staff very helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was super and staff worked very hard. We would stay again!'

'Our stay was great! Location downtown was wonderful. The hotel vibe is very modern but comfortable and the room was the same. Everything was clean and the staff were all Very nice. The breakfast area is very small and got crowded quickly. The pool is also very small and was also crowded when we went. Didn’t use the fitness center but could see it from the pool and it looked nice and well kept. We were only there for 1 night, so I’d like to stay again and try out more of the amenities. But...

'Much better than staying at a traditional hotel. Nice plant and decor to look at in the main areas. Plenty of private spaces to sit. The rooms had unique and fun decor.'

'Lovely hotel, would definitely stay again!'

'The place is small, just 2 floors with about 30 rooms. The parking has only about 20 spaces of which 2 handicap and one for platinum membership but you can park in the street if needed it. The pool is already close for the season and their breakfasts was just coffee and cereal. The place it's really outdated and I'd say a bit creepy but it was definitely worth the price for the night and it's conveniently located downtown. The clerk was friendly but couldn't offer any information around near by...

'Beautiful hotel and awesome, friendly staff!!'

'The tiny house concept is cute. Not very functional. The bed was just a full size. No room to get in and out on both sides of the bed. Shower was very small and cramped. Parking is on the street quite a ways from the cottage. There was a note about the “sensitive” sewer system. We didn’t have any issues but we’re always aware there might be a problem. No extra bedding. For those 60 and over this is not an ideal place to stay. On the positive side the kitchen was fully stocked as if they expect...

'Had a great time at this hostel. The room was a little old but very clean. The owners were friendly. The bonfire for 2 nights was a lot of fun. '

'Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.'

'thermostaat in kamer werkt niet, badkamer niet schoon, twee van vier lampen kapot, ontbijt onder de maat, doch receptioniste vriendelijk. veel herrie van snelweg.'

'Clean, basic motel. Really appreciate the hard floors instead of nasty carpet. The mini fridge and microwave are a big plus. The street is busy, so quite a bit of traffic noise, but very close to downtown and the freeway.'

'Staff is very helpful, kind ,and professional at other places people make things so uncomfortable I've been staying here on and off for over 10 years and I always feel welcome they have done an amazing job keep up the good work'
