'The property was perfect for two adults and three teens. It was great to hear the river every day. Fireplace was awesome for the kids to enjoy and make s'mores. Lots of animals walking around. Staff was accommodating and responsive. Clean cabin with plenty of room to spread out. Excellent location with easy access to downtown Estes and the National park. Front desk helpful with recommendations for food,hikes, fishing and more.'

'We loved the location right on the stream and not too far from all the activities. The cabin was very clean and we enjoyed using the fireplace. Plenty of blankets were provided for these Texans not used to the colder nights. Staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs. Great overall stay.'
