« When we got there and checked in we found out the boilers were down. Because of the long weekend no was able to come and fix the boilers. So no heat. We did receive one portable heater to keep the unit warm. The management was excellent in helping us to get a couple of more portable heaters for our unit. With the heaters the unit was warm and cozy. I give praise to the management for helping with the no heat situation. Communication was easy.

« The listing itself is deceptive, because it does not tell you that it is in a hotel-- a very. filled up kid / dog friendly hotel. Staff were fine but the room itself was nasty. The place is in disrepair, stains and generally yuck in all the corners etc. walls are paper thin enough you can actually hear the bathroom activities of your neighbors..... »
