Located in the heart of the famous Little Venice in Colmar, the Grand Ourse duplex invites you to experience an unforgettable stay with family or friends. With its 89 square meters of fully equipped space, this accommodation offers the ideal setting for a memorable stay. Its calm and cozy atmosphere will charm you as soon as you arrive, creating a friendly and relaxing environment.



It consists of, on the first level:

a spacious living/dining room

a fully equipped independent kitchen (fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster)

a bedroom with a double bed

an independent toilet

and on the second level:

a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed

a bedroom with a double bed

a bathroom with a shower and toilet.



The Saint Josse public covered parking is located 650 meters on foot from the apartment. The rate is 3€ per 24 hours. Open from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM (you can leave your vehicle overnight).

The closest public parking is located on Rue Turenne, just 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment. This is a paid street parking, approximately 35€ per day. Paid parking from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM (except Sundays and public holidays).

House rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using any smoking device will result in a 250€ cleaning fee penalty.



Pets are allowed upon request (pets under 15kg and non-dangerous) with a 30€ surcharge per stay per pet. Pets must be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



Bed linen and towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment, and the sanitary facilities.

However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away dishes, take out the trash, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up the apartment. If you prefer not to handle this, you can order a “full cleaning” supplement for 30€ before your arrival. If this option is not pre-booked, and these instructions are not followed, a 60€ cleaning fee will be charged.



After booking, you will be asked to sign a digital contract and provide your ID through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police form, according to current regulations. If the identity of the people staying does not match the reservation details, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation.
