This apartment with beautiful volumes, opening in December 2025, has been designed to offer a functional and pleasant setting, suitable for both short stays and business trips.



You benefit from a large living space with equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, cooktop, mini refrigerator, kettle), a bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed with a bathtub, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The living area also allows sleeping for 2 people thanks to a 160x200 cm bed.

You are in the immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants and main tourist attractions.

House Rules:

🚭 This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



🛏️ Bed and bath linens as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.



🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, as well as tidy up inside the apartment.



🧹 For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, housekeeping during the stay, with change of bed linens is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day for the housekeeping company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email the day before arrival. Non-refundable service.



🐶 Pets are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that pets be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



📝 A digital contract signature as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform will be requested after the reservation, as well as the information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
