Stay in a brand new apartment ideally located in the heart of Colmar, within the Résidence du Champ de Mars. Perfect for a business trip, as a couple or for tourism, you enjoy a central location and fully equipped accommodation for your comfort.



This 2-bedroom apartment, opening in December 2025, was designed to offer a functional and pleasant setting, suitable for both short stays and business trips.



You benefit from a living space with an equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, cooktop, microwave, mini refrigerator, kettle), two bedrooms each with a 160x200 cm bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

You are in the immediate vicinity of shops, restaurants and main tourist attractions.



A public parking lot (RAPP Parking) is accessible within less than 2 minutes on foot.

House Rules:

🚭 This house is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



🛏️ Bed and bath linens as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linens, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.



🧹 It is up to you, however, to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, as well as tidy up inside the apartment.



🧹 For any stay of a minimum of 8 nights, mid-stay cleaning with change of household linens is included in the rate, with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired day for the cleaning company's visit (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be specified to us by email the day before arrival. Non-refundable service.



🐶 Animals are accepted upon request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your identification document, via the Yaago platform will be requested after the reservation, as well as the information for the insurance form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
