Kunzea is situated in the heart of the Coles Bay village. Leave the car behind and walk or ride within minutes to all local shops, the tavern, and the boat ramp. The property is located on the road that leads to the entrance of Freycinet National park just a few minutes drive away.

Kunzea overlooks native forest reserve (with walking tracks) on the street side and backs onto the Doris and Rita Reserve, an area of native bush which is accessed from the back gate and host to a number of short walks – one of which leads to a lookout point with views over Great Oyster Bay.

The property is bathed in all day sunshine, with morning sun flooding the living area and afternoon sun filling the rear patio and backyard. There is a spa bath in the ensuite bathroom.
Kunzea at Freycinet has a great entertainment deck where you can enjoy outdoor dining and a large BBQ is supplied.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped and has an espresso machine for the coffee lovers.
The lounge, dining and kitchen is open plan.

There is a large screen TV in the lounge (with Chromecast) and a 2nd TV in the main bedroom – free wifi is provided.

This property can sleep up to 5 guests, with the use of a rollaway bed. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom and a rollaway bed to accommodate a child.
