  • Prachtige villa op een idyllische locatie. Geschikt voor maximaal 12 plus 2 baby's met 5 slaapkamers verdeeld over 3 niveaus. Het heeft een gastenappartement op de begane grond met een grote slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed, een eigen badkamer en een eigen keuken / eetkamer en een lounge. Het biedt een ruime woonkamer en is van alle gemakken voorzien, waaronder grote smart-tv's en Sky plus multi-room (volledig pakket inclusief sport en films), dvd-spelers, wifi, Nintendo Wii-console. Eigen prive zwembad, buiten toilet, tafeltennis en pooltafel. Genoeg om iedereen van alle leeftijden gelukkig te houden. We had an excellent family stay at this house. It is spacious, comfortable and very pleasant. The swimming pool and barbecue area are real highlights and made it easy to enjoy some great family time.Communication with the host was very pleasant. They were responsive and available throughout our stay.A big thank you as well to the cleaning staff, who were very kind and patient. We just returned from a fantastic two-week stay at this villa and couldn't have been happier. Our family group of 11, ranging in age from 3 to 72, all had a brilliant time.Arrival was seamless, and the house was spotless. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with cookware and utensils, and the air conditioning in every room worked perfectly. The lounge had plenty of books, games, DVDs, and a Firestick to keep the kids entertained.Outside was the highlight for us: a great-sized pool, table tennis, and a pool table (cues could use a little TLC, but it didn't lessen the fun!). The charcoal BBQ with an adjustable grill was perfect for outdoor meals, and having plenty of outdoor power sockets was great for music. Having an outdoor toilet was a huge bonus for quick trips without needing to dry off first.Jude was a fantastic host—extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had a quick question or needed advice.Tip for future guests: We stayed without a car and easily used Ubers or local taxis into Coín. Ordering a Mercadona grocery delivery directly to the villa was a game-changer for heavy essentials like water, beer, and wine!Overall, a wonderful villa—we would definitely return!

Nice house for a big family

House big enough for eleven people. The pool was great. The kids loved it. It is a little far thought from the beach (30 minutes). You definitely need a car.

Excellent Villa in the mountains

Lovely stay for our group of 50+ guys out in Spain for a football tour. Property was large, comfortable with an excellent pool and all mod cons. Was in need of a better pre tenancy clean but perhaps it hadn’t been used for a while?

Family Holiday 2024

The property is spacious and comfortable perfect for our family to kick back and relax. The layout of the rooms is great along with the pool and garden areas which are perfect for a family to enjoy a fun time together. Every destination we traveled to from the villa was an average of 30 minutes drive with a few over a hour away. Coín shops was 5 minutes by car where you can access everything from supermarkets to bars and restaurants. The property is off of the main roads down a quiet cul-de-sac with views of the mountains allowing for a peaceful and private family holiday with plenty of parking for 3-4 cars. A car is absolutely a must to be able to get around and shop for your stay at the villa. The host Jude was amazing with answers to any questions and dealing with any issues quickly and professionally. I would definitely stay at this property again with my family which gave us everything we needed to have a fantastic holiday. Many thanks Richard.

Great space, but could have been cleaner

The villa is spacious and rooms were comfortable and cosy, lots of pots pans, plates, cups etc and there were cool boxes and ice blocks for picnics which was perfect for a large family on a budget. Air con worked well and fans were provided (we went in August) pool area, pool table and table tennis kept kids and adults very entertained. The box of pool and beach toys was good- but I'll be honest, most of it was broken and not useable- perhaps it needs sorting every month or so so guests could benefit. All of these positives were a little overshadowed by the fact that the floors were very gritty and dirty on arrival (our feet were black) and the utensils in the kitchen, although plentiful, needed a pre-wash before use (not something you should ever have to do on holiday!) A real shame as the space and location is ideal for a large family of 8. Perhaps a welcome hamper of essentials (bread, water, fruit, crisps) would be a nice touch for those families with young children who can't stop at a shop on the way to villa and have been awake since 4am. It must be said though that Julia's responses were swift and helpful. Honestly, if it was cleaner it would have been full stars from us. 👍

Great house!

The house is in great condition and is well-equiped. The pool is very nice and the children played with the table-tennis and pool-table. We can recommend anyone who has plans to stay in Andalusia and is looking for a rental with a few people. We will love to visit again!

Super Holiday

We are at the end of april for 8 days with three families have been to the villa. We had an early flight and it was no problem to to arrive earlier in the morning. The staff were very pleasant and observes that for Jim and Steve Jude in Coin is very friendly and took the time to introduce ourselves around and answer questions. We had various plans, but because the weather was so beautiful and the kids just wanted to play pool and table tennis and swimming are we but 1 day went to Marbella. The BBQ works top and you is very nice out and there is even a Hi-Fi for a pleasant background music. The sun beds were super as well as the swimming pool and the children's toys in the pool. Very fine was also that you don't have to take bath towels and towels themselves. The kitchen is also very spacious and plenty of pans etc. Also the WI-FI worked great and that was very important for the children. We had breakfast every morning on the veranda next to the living room and kitchen. You are sitting near a Lidl supermarket and yet another great luxury super market. We have had a wonderful stay and we will certainly go on vacation here when we come back towards Malaga.

Fab stay!

The villa was faultless and had everything we needed and more! The pool was incredible and a lot bigger than we thought it would be! Check in process was simple and hassle free. Car hire is a must. Local shops were under a 10 min drive away. We visited lots of different towns during our stay; Mijas, Fuengirola, Marbella and Coin itself. All lovely places with plenty to do and see! A really fantastic holiday!!

Casa bastante completa!

Casa ubicada en una urbanización un poco apartada pero tranquila, con habitaciones y espacios comunes amplios. La zona de la piscina y la barbacoa estaba muy bien equipada. Cuando necesitamos a Steve, nos atendió muy bien. Intentó atendernos en castellano. Las dos únicas pegas serían los electrodomésticos pequeños (más pensados para huespedes ingleses) y un poco la limpieza de la cocina. En general, muy buena semana de vacaciones.

Perfect family holiday retreat.

We've had a perfect 10 days in this wonderful villa. So well equipped, with wonderful outdoor space and a real sense of privacy. The grandchildren loved the pool....never out of it ! Air con in each room is a blessing and fridges in different localities is great idea. Our party of 11 loved the holiday. Well located for the coast and Malaga. Excellent communication with Jude and support from Steve on site. Won't hesitate to recommend to friends.

On se sent comme à la maison

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable ! La maison est idéale pour des vacances en famille. Elle est grande avec beaucoup d'espace pour être au calme si on a besoin d'un moment de solitude. Nous avons plus que profité de la piscine qui est très propre et des nombreux jeux à disposition. Il fallait se faire violence pour sortir de la maison pour voir autre chose dans la région tellement nous y étions bien. Pour ma part elle est idéalement située (30min en voiture) pour rejoindre la plage (il y'en a tellement qu'on à l'embarras du choix).Jude a été très disponible pour nous et très réactive a nos questions. Je recommande ++++

Lovely spacious villa ideal for large groups

A large group of 17 of us stayed at Jude’s 2 villas, as we were attending a family wedding. The villas were clean, spacious and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Communication was great with Jude and Steve, who looks after the villas in Coín was on hand to deal with anything we needed or to answer any questions we had. The outdoor space is ideal with many dining areas to choose from and pool table / tennis tables were a great bonus. Highly recommended.

Very spacious, well equipped and great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic villa, our first impression was WOW, there was loads of outside space and it was very private. The property is very well maintained and very well equipped, We all had a brilliant time and would highly recommended this villa, thanks Jim and Jude. P.s Steve the pool guy was very helpful indeed

Fab

Had a fab time!. Villa was brill had everything you could want and more so. The pool was a litte chilly for me but it was end of September, kids didn't care they had a fabulous time. Hopefully we will return next year perhaps to the try out the smaller villa they own. Thanks from all the Billam's
